INCENTIVE/FIT:

INCENTIVE: Anya will be agreeing to the contract mainly to save her people from the Mountain Men, that she believes are still being held captive, and drained for their blood, before being fed to psychotic cannibals that live in tunnels. To Anya, her people are everything, and she would do absolutely everything within her power and beyond to save them, even team up with the Ark's people (the Sky People/Skaikru) that she so intensely despises. That had been Anya's plan before she took an arrow to the knee a bullet to the chest.

FIT: Not gonna lie, there's nothing in the show that paints Anya as any sort of sexual person. In fact, she's presented more as someone hard, stoic, cold, unsympathizing and ruthless. However, that is the way of her people. She comes from a tribe of apocalypse survivors, nearly 100 years after a nuclear war turned the world uninhabitable, and her people have only survived after generations of trial and error, natural selection weeding out the strongest of them genetically, and the elements doing the same for the strongest mentally and physically. They're a culture of warriors, that have fought for land and resources, are used to having to defend what's theirs for the sake of their livelihoods, and approach things with spears raised rather than open hands looking for peace. However, they aren't a heartless people, and this is perhaps best demonstrated in Anya, in how she has a streak of deep, maternal care for her people that shows on occassion, especially in her second, Tris, that becomes wounded, and Anya seeks to reach out to her enemy (the one who was responsible for the girls' wound) to save her. Above all else, Anya cares for her people, and for their safety and happiness. Given that she's in Eudio to rescue those same people, while Anya does have a very short fuse and tends towards aggression, after being told fighting will get her ejected from the city and nullify her deal, that will be plenty to keep her in line.

It will also be plenty to have her willing to engage in physical intimacy. Given her people seem to be very open and shameless with each other, as well as fairly free spirited, it doesn't seem like there's any sort of stigma or shyness about sexual activity. Women are often placed in positions of power with the Grounders/Trikru, and it's more so the expression of emotion that's seen as a weakness, or special affection for an individual, or hesitance in acting, rather than the physical act of anything like it. However, Anya is not so high of a commander that showing any kind of affection would concern her with what image she displays, and she's a long way from any people who would hold it against her. So, she may be more guarded around her cast, but even within canon, she's often shown as more sentimental and hesitant in taking cruel action than is accepted by other leaders in her clan. Anya has a deep wealth of emotion and care for those things and people that are important to her, that is largely not spoken of, but often enough acted on.

So, covering consent, while running around holding hands with everyone isn't something she'd normally do on her own by any means, Anya does have very definitive, strong motivation to comply with the rules of the contract, and won't actually be bothered by any initiating of physical intimacy - will likely just go around saying "hey you, let's hold hands, I require you to free my people". She isn't by any means shy about things (so much the opposite - Anya tends to be very forward), so if she finds someone she'd be interested in getting physical with, she'll have zero issue approaching them. Freedom and pride mean a lot of things to her and her clan, so consent will be something heavily respected by her.
